Sheffield-based creative agency Chapter II has secured three new client appointments, adding New Era Development (UK), Services Design Associates and Rotherham United Community Trust to its roster.

The latest wins see the agency expand its footprint across property, consultancy and the third sector, with each brief spanning PR, marketing and brand support.

New Era Development (UK) has appointed Chapter II to deliver strategic PR support around its expanding development pipeline. The brief will focus on strengthening the developer’s profile with stakeholders and regional media as it grows its presence.

Built environment consultancy Services Design Associates has also brought the agency on board. Chapter II will support the firm’s thought leadership activity and brand positioning within the consultancy and built environment space.

Meanwhile, Rotherham United Community Trust has selected the agency to help raise awareness of its £50k Power Play campaign, alongside wider community initiatives across South Yorkshire.

Allie Dransfield, Head of Agency at Chapter II, said the appointments reflected a deliberate growth strategy.

“These appointments reflect the direction we are intentionally growing the agency in – partnering with ambitious organisations that value strategic thinking, creative excellence and measurable impact,” she said.

“Each of these clients is doing meaningful work in their respective sectors, and we’re excited to work with them and deliver campaigns that drive real results.

“The latest client wins underline Chapter II’s continued momentum as we continue to strengthen and scale our services and bring added value to every organisation we work with.”
