National networking and influencer organisation, Women in Property (WiP), has announced its new North West branch chair for 2026-27. Louise Emmott, managing director at Manchester-based Kingsdene, will take the role from March 1, until February 28, 2027.

Louise has been on the North West committee for three years and has more than 20 years of experience in the residential agency and consultancy sector.
