Exel GRP has taken new premises in Nottingham after agreeing a lease on Unit 1, Swinstead Close.
The deal sees the specialist enclosure manufacturer occupy a 13,024 sq ft unit with first-floor offices and a self-contained yard.
Commercial property agents FHP and CPP acted jointly on the transaction.
Exel GRP is a UK supplier of custom-made enclosures and bespoke kiosks, working with materials including GRP and steel for customers across the country.
The property is located on the Swinstead Close Industrial Estate, around 2.5 miles from Nottingham city centre and close to the Glaisdale Drive industrial area.
The site also offers access to Junction 26 of the M1 via the A52 and A6002, linking occupiers to the wider motorway network.
Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP said: “I am delighted with the success achieved on this estate over the last 8 years and most recently the successful letting of Unit 1, Swinstead Close. Exel GRP Limited are a fantastic niche business and I am delighted that between FHP and CPP we have managed to let them Unit 1, Swinstead Close. The estate consistently performs and has done for many years now and is improving year on year through the landlord’s significant refurbishment programmes as and when the units become vacant.
I am very proud of what we have accomplished on this estate and the combined efforts between Brodie Faint of CPP and myself of FHP.”
