Founded in 2017, King Homes had offices in Stratford and Studley, but with a growing client base around Alcester wanted to establish an office in the town and worked with commercial property agents John Truslove to secure the site.

Mr Dunford: “We identified these premises as an exceptional fit for the head office we wanted to establish. Ben [Truslove] and the team at John Truslove were highly professional throughout and ensured the process was handled seamlessly.

“As a business, we are committed to delivering a refined and highly personalised service, so it was important to work with a firm that shares those values.”

He added: “This is a standout location, next to Waitrose and opposite the town’s main car park, offering excellent visibility and consistent footfall in a highly desirable setting.”

Ben Truslove said: “We are delighted to have assisted King Homes and look forward to seeing the business continue to go from strength to strength.”
