Thirteen industrial and warehouse units are being offered to let on a Coventry estate, as commercial property agency Bromwich Hardy brings the space to market.

The units, located on Lythalls Lane Industrial Estate and owned by Coventry City Council, range in size from 544 sq ft to 3,863 sq ft, providing a total of 18,832 sq ft of available industrial space.

The estate is being marketed at rents between £7 and £11.50 per sq ft.

Bromwich Hardy said the units are suitable for a range of industrial uses and are available immediately, with most benefiting from roller shutter access.

Charlie Glover, apprentice surveyor at Bromwich Hardy, said the estate offers a secure and well-managed environment with strong transport links.

He said: “We have a great range of industrial and warehouse units available on this established, secure and managed estate in a prominent location to the north of Coventry.

“The properties are immediately available and are suitable for various industrial uses, with the majority offering roller shutter access.”

The estate is located close to the A444 with access to the A45, A46 and Junction 3 of the M6, as well as Coventry city centre and railway station.

The announcement follows Bromwich Hardy’s recent involvement in the sale of a 29-acre development site near Warwick to logistics developer PLP, which is set to deliver around 440,000 sq ft of industrial and distribution space.
