Two new team members have joined a growing Hampshire firm.
Vail Williams, a property consultancy, has welcomed Andrew Lubman and Finn Rawlings to bolster its commercial and residential service offerings on the south coast.
Mr Lubman joins the Southampton office as a senior surveyor with a focus on property development consultancy, while Mr Rawlings takes up the role of surveyor at the Bournemouth office, working agency-side.
Russell Miller, managing partner for the south coast, said: “Andrew and Finn further strengthen our growing service provision for private and public sector clients.

“Working across Southampton and London, Andrew will be specialising in development consultancy and urban regeneration.
“Finn will be assisting with commercial property acquisitions, lease negotiations, disposals, and strategic property advice, helping clients make informed decisions in a competitive market.
“He’ll be advising landlords, occupiers, and investors on commercial property transactions, helping clients secure the right premises, maximise asset value, and achieve their business objectives.”
Mr Lubman, who is dual chartered with RTPI and RICS, previously served as a senior development surveyor at Hampshire County Council.
Mr Rawlings joins from Symonds & Sampson in Poundbury, Dorset, where he worked in general practice.
Both hold real estate degrees from Oxford Brookes University, with Mr Lubman also earning a master’s degree in Regeneration.

Mr Lubman said: “I’m excited to be joining Vail Williams, working with clients on regeneration and development to unlock complex sites and deliver commercially viable, sustainable development.”
Mr Rawlings said: “I look forward to supporting Vail Williams’ agency team in Bournemouth on leasehold acquisitions and disposals across Dorset and the South Coast for landlords and occupiers.”
