A property regeneration consultancy has relocated its Newcastle office following five years of growth across the North East.
AspinallVerdi has moved its team from The Core at Newcastle Helix to Grainger Hub on Grainger Street, providing additional space to support its expanding regional operation.
The relocation comes five years after the independent consultancy established a presence in Newcastle and follows growth across its regeneration, development and advisory services.
During that period, the team has worked on public and private sector regeneration, development and placemaking projects for clients including Homes England, Northumberland Council, Darlington Council, Taylor Wimpey, Vinci Developments and Gentoo Group.
Its expansion has also been supported by the recent appointment of Laurence Trevor on a year-out placement from Northumbria University, as the business looks to develop future talent within the region’s property sector.
Bosses say the new city centre base will improve connectivity and accessibility for clients and partners while providing capacity for further growth as demand for its regeneration, development and valuation services increases.

Founded in 2009 by executive chairman Atam Verdi and managing director Ben Aspinall, AspinallVerdi employs more than 30 people.
Alongside its Leeds headquarters and Newcastle operation, the consultancy has offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and London, providing property regeneration advice to public and private sector clients nationwide.
