Architecture, engineering and building solutions consultancy, DB3 Group, has committed to its city centre headquarters for another five years.

The firm has renewed its lease at 10 South Parade. It has occupied the fourth floor of the building, managed by Wilton Developments, since relocating to Leeds in 2021.

Previously based in Monk Fryston, the move marked a significant step in the consultancy’s growth, forming part of a wider strategy to position the business in major cities across the UK.

DB3 now operates from studios in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Cardiff and Aberystwyth – with Leeds remaining its HQ.

The studio features a 2,640 sq ft open plan workspace, breakout areas and a rooftop balcony. It allows flexibility for growth, as well as providing space for client and company events, accommodating up to 100 people.

Since relocating to Leeds, the DB3 team has continued to expand, with the studio delivering projects across education, retail, residential, industrial, energy and sport and leisure.

Today, the office supports work for clients including Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Boots, Burberry and Wentworth Club.

Charlotte Scaife, managing director North at DB3, said: “Leeds has been central to our growth over the past five years. Being based in the heart of the city keeps us close to the people and businesses we work with, and we’re looking forward to building on those relationships over the next five years.”

Recent enhancements at 10 South Parade include a ground floor fit out, comprising a collection of serviced offices, meeting rooms, flexible workspace, event facilities and private phone booths designed to support collaboration, flexibility and wellbeing.

The building is also now home to Bean Coffee, a coffee shop providing an additional amenity for those working in and visiting the property.
