Migrate UK, formerly based in East Hendred, has moved its 12-strong team to the Harwell Innovation Centre at Harwell Science and Innovation Campus.
The firm said the move will strengthen its support for organisations in science, technology, and life sciences, particularly those facing talent shortages.
Jonathan Beech, managing director of Migrate UK, said: “We knew this move was right for us after receiving a Harwell-based business enquiry even before we moved in.
“While we loved our previous time at East Hendred, we realised that we could provide face-to-face support to so many firms in minutes if we moved to the campus.”
Mr Beech said the move offers more than just a change of address.
He said: “We also recognised that the Innovation Centre will not just provide us with office space, but wider business support and greater opportunities to develop with such a collaborative and inspirational range of businesses which are leading the world in science and technology.”
With more than 200 organisations on site, Harwell brings together global innovators across sectors including quantum technology, energy, and space.
The campus is home to 14 leading facilities, including the European Space Agency’s European satellite and space telecommunications centre (ECSAT).
Recent forecasts highlight a growing need for skilled talent in these fields.
Mr Beech said: “Thanks to our work with science and technology organisations nationwide, we’re already familiar with the talent shortages many face and the need for highly skilled employees.
“For example, latest reports suggest that there will be a 133,000-worker deficit in the UK life sciences sector by 2030.”
Migrate UK plans to address these challenges through its immigration support services and by helping clients recruit talent globally.
The company also operates Immpact, an online global talent start-up designed to broaden its reach across multiple sectors.
Michelle Webb, centre manager at Harwell Innovation Centre, welcomed the firm to the site.

Ms Webb said Migrate UK will become an important part of the campus community by providing tailored immigration advice to help businesses attract and retain global talent.
