An industrial unit in Derby has been acquired by Michael Pepper Joinery, providing the space needed for growth in the Midlands.
Michael Pepper Joinery is a bespoke joinery manufacturer specialising in fire doors, door sets, fire screens, staircases, and ironmongery, with over 50 years of joinery experience.
The 45,612 sq ft unit on Trafalgar Park offers a combination of manufacturing and warehousing space, making it suitable for a range of operations.
The sale was facilitated by Salloway Property Consultants, acting on behalf of the vendor.
Josh Pepper, director of Michael Pepper Joinery said: “We’d been searching for the right property to support our expansion plans for some time. Securing 1A – 1D Trafalgar Park is a pivotal milestone for our business. It gives us the space and infrastructure to scale our operation, invest further in technology and carry forward the legacy of quality and service that has defined us for over half a century. We’re excited about the opportunities this brings for our team, our clients and the wider Derby manufacturing community.”
William Speed of Salloway Property Consultants said: “We’re pleased to have facilitated this sale to Michael Pepper Joinery. Despite strong interest and a high number of enquiries, the transaction presented some complexities, but we were able to complete it successfully.”
Salloway Property Consultants also plans to bring Units 1A and 1B on Trafalgar Park to the market on a leasehold basis in the near future.
