LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 issued by BSE Limited and in terms of the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2025 till forty-eight hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2025.
