Mortgage network Primis has hired a trio of regional sales directors and a regional sales manager to its sales team.
Mark Rookyard, Fran Green and Ian Merriman will take on the roles of regional sales directors for the South East, the North West and the West Midlands, and the East Midlands and the East respectively.
Harrison Avery will become regional sales manager to support brokers in the South West.
Rookyard previously worked at Birmingham Bank for around a year as business development manager (BDM). Before that, he worked for nearly eight years at Zephyr Homeloans. He has also held roles at Together and GE Money Home Lending.
Green has worked at More2Life as national accounts and networks manager for around three years, and before that, she was national sales manager at Key Group for around two years. She has also held senior roles at Shawbrook and Secure Trust Bank.
Merriman was head of network recruitment at Try Mortgage Network for around three years. Before that, he was a senior recruitment manager at HLPartnership for around nine years. Prior experience includes Money Advice CRM, Client Data Systems and Intelliflo.

Avery was most recently at Foundation Home Loans as a mortgage BDM for just over a year. Before that, he was a recruitment consultant at Compute Futures and has also held roles at Haysto and Connect Mortgages.
The appointments come amid a hiring drive from Primis, having recently appointed Jade Clayton as regional sales director for the South West.
