Former Classic Collection marketer launches consultancy for agents

Manisha Blair, formerly the senior marketing manager at B2B brand Classic Collection Holidays, has launched a marketing consultancy to support travel agents.

 

On the Beach announced in September that would be closing its Classic Collection B2B arm to focus on its core B2C activities.

 

Announcing her new venture – MB Marketing Agency – Blair said she has nearly a decade of B2B travel expertise and can offer “immediate support as agents prepare for crucial January trading period”.

 

Her first role after university in 2017 was as a marketing executive with The Travel Network Group, and she progressed to become cruise marketing executive.

 

In 2019 she moved to AmaWaterways River Cruises as a senior marketing executive and then joined Classic in 2021.

 

She has also served as membership director for the Association of Women Travel Executives (AWTE).

 

During her marketing career, she has delivered campaigns, partnerships, PR and events across the UK and international markets.

 

Blair said: “After years of working closely with agents and travel partners, I’ve seen first-hand how transformative creative, consistent marketing can be, especially in today’s fast-moving climate.

 

“I’ve created this agency to give travel businesses, and agents specifically, the strategic tools and hands-on expertise they need to grow their presence, connect authentically with their audiences, and drive sales.”

 

Services from MB Marketing Agency include social media strategy and management, PR and media outreach, event planning and execution, brand development and positioning, content creation and strategic campaign consultancy.

 

Blair aims to work with travel businesses of all sizes, from independent homeworkers to established brands looking to strengthen their market position.
