Known in time gone past as Carr Street Precinct, the lease includes the length of 13-51 Carr Street.

The centre was reconfigured and substantially reconstructed in the early 2000s to create the parade known now.

The shops are anchored by a 33,000 square foot B&M, with an additional 11 shops on the ground floor, and the large former Sports Direct unit on the first floor.
