Days after Hrithik Roshan’s family invested in multiple commercial spaces worth Rs 27 crore in Andheri West, the actor has made a property move. Hrithik has now purchased an office space in Mumbai for Rs 28 crore, according to Indian Express, Business Standard, and other outlets. Here are the details of the transaction.

Hrithik Roshan buys 10 office units in Mumbai for Rs 28 crore

According to registration documents accessed by Propstack, Hrithik Roshan has acquired 10 office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 28 crore. The spaces are located in Yura Business Park, each ranging between 769–852 square feet of carpet area, spread across the third and fourth floors.

All ten purchases were registered on November 27, and the seller in every transaction was Yura Business Park Pvt Ltd, a company linked with developers Pecan and Transcon.

The deal was divided between two Roshan family-owned companies. HRX LLP, in which Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan are partners, bought five units. The remaining five were purchased through Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, where Hrithik and his mother Pinkie Roshan are directors.

This investment follows similar recent purchases by the Roshan family. A few days earlier, Rakesh and Pinkie Roshan bought five office units worth Rs 19.68 crore, while Hrithik’s sister Sunaina acquired two additional units for Rs 6.42 crore in the same vicinity, according to The Indian Express.

Recent property deals by Bollywood stars

In September, Kartik Aaryan, along with his parents, purchased a commercial office space in Andheri West, Mumbai, for about Rs 13 crore, according to Hindustan Times. The property, located in the Signature by Lotus building, offers a carpet area of roughly 1,905 square feet.

In November, Saif Ali Khan acquired two commercial office units in Andheri East, Mumbai, in a deal worth Rs 30.75 crore, according to The Times of India. The total area of the space is reported to be about 5,681 square feet.

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan recently sold two adjoining high-end apartments in Goregaon, Mumbai. The combined area of these units was 3,640 square feet, and they earned him Rs 12 crore along with a 47 per cent return on investment, per Economic Times.
