Bradley Hall has announced the launch of a new office in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, as part of its ongoing UK-wide growth.
The office will deliver specialist property advice and services to clients across the South East and South West, with a particular focus on The Cotswolds and Thames Valley.
Neil Hart, chief executive at Bradley Hall, said: “Our growth over the last year has seen the addition of several new offices across the country, allowing us to achieve coverage across most of the UK.
“The opening of our new office in Oxfordshire allows us to offer these services to clients across the South East and South West, where there is particular demand for valuation services from a trusted national name.”
Led by chartered surveyor Max Douglas, who also runs the established Maxwell Douglas practice, the office will initially provide RICS valuation services.
Bradley Hall intends to grow the Oxfordshire operation into a full-service agency, offering building surveying, lettings, property management, mortgages, agency, auctions, and land and development services as the team expands.
Sarah Parker has joined as associate director, bringing experience from national firms including Sage Homes. Additional team members are expected to join in early 2026.
The Chipping Norton office will serve clients in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Bristol, working in collaboration with the existing Birmingham team.
