Lumin Wealth has acquired Buckinghamshire-based financial advice firm B W Financial Consultants.
This purchase has added around £95m of assets under management (AUM) to Lumin VZ Group and marks its eighth acquisition since 2019.
Lumin Wealth is an independent financial advice and discretionary fund manager (DFM) firm, with offices in St Albans, London and Cambridge.
The B W Financial Consultants acquisition adds to the financial advice firm and DFM’s “strategy of partnering with like-minded advisers who share the same high standards and commitment to client-centric solutions.”
B W Financial Consultants director Jeremy Blakeley DipPFS added: “I am very pleased to be joining forces with Lumin. This partnership will enable us to leverage their extensive resources and technology, allowing us to enhance our service offerings.

In July 2023, Lumin Wealth acquired The Big Picture Wealth Management, an Essex-based adviser.
This acquisition added £85m of AUM to Lumin VZ Group.
