The commercial property consultants were based in Lowther Street where the practice was originally formed in 1991.
Having grown to a team of six surveyors plus a graduate trainee along with a team of five accounts and admin staff, the decision was taken to relocate to modern premises to suit the business going forward.
The firm, which specialises in commercial property management, sales and lettings, lease renewals/rent reviews, valuation and business rates advice, has recently added a new building surveyor, Matthew McKenna, to their ranks who undertakes building surveys, both commercial and residential, maintenance and repair projects and dilapidations.
Matthew has returned to Cumbria following a number of years working and obtaining his qualification in private practice in London.
Michael Tiffen, a director of the business, commented: “An incredible amount of work from our team, contractors and suppliers has gone into the move from planning and organising, clearing out and departing from our office of over 30 years and the extensive fit-out and upgrade project at the new premises.
“Everyone is delighted with how it has gone and our new base. Clients old and new are welcome to call in whatever their commercial property needs.”
