Office values in Northern Ireland are expected to fall in 2026, according to RICS

Activity is still subdued in the commercial property market in Northern Ireland though there are some signs of improvement, a report said.

The commercial property monitor for the last quarter of 2025 from surveyors’ trade body RICS said sentiment was improving and capital values for some property types were expected to go up.
