Peloton is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Commercial Support Associate to provide exceptional service to its commercial clients. This role involves working closely with key owners and operators of hotels, corporate wellness facilities, multifamily residential properties, corporate offices, approved dealer/resellers, and other vertical clients. The focus is on understanding the special steps Peloton takes to delight and retain commercial clients.

Your daily impact at Peloton will include providing reactive and proactive account support to commercial clients, coordinating the delivery, service, troubleshooting, and general support across all lines of the business, and monitoring unpaid invoices to ensure swift resolution. Additionally, you will update and maintain records of commercial client details, focus on achieving important performance indicators, seek effective processes and procedures, and manage communications with internal and external customers regarding order statuses. GDPR compliance is also a key responsibility.

To thrive in this role, it is important to have customer service experience, excellent communication skills, an understanding of the value of a luxury experience, and the ability to work collaboratively to analyze and solve problems. Familiarity with Peloton’s Member Support, Google applications, and Salesforce lighting is advantageous.
