Showing superior proficiency on both ends of the floor, Ad Construct gained the upper hand early and led, 38-29, at halftime. And although 24 Habit tried to come close on numerous occasions, Ad Construct seemingly had all the answers to pull off the victory and claim the coveted title.

John Cle Molero led Ad Construct with 14 points and was named the Finals Most Valuable Player.

It was a long road for Ad Construct, which beat the Tisa Bulldogs, 88-76, in the semifinals last week to earn a ticket to the finals. 24 Habit, on the other hand, edged Bertech, 71-70, in their semifinal showdown.

Meanwhile, the Tisa Bulldogs took home third place honors after defeating Bertech, 82-76. Ali Castrodez scored 18 points to pace the Bulldogs.
