The award-winning consultancy has joined the North East firm as part of its strategy to expand further across the North of England and Scotland.
The company says it will continue to be led by founder and CEO Claire McLean, with “no changes to services, leadership or day-to-day operations.”

Ms McLean said: “Realise has always been built around people – our team, our clients, and the quality of work we do together.
“This partnership gives us the opportunity to grow further while staying true to what makes Realise special.”
The consultancy is known for delivering HR support across a variety of sectors.
By joining Stephenson Capital, Realise HR says it will gain access to a wider network of business leaders and partnerships while retaining its “independent culture and approach”.
Stephenson Capital operates a long-term ownership model which Realise says is focused on “developing specialist businesses with strong growth potential, providing strategic support while allowing leadership teams to continue running their companies.”
Neil Stephenson of Stephenson Capital said: “Claire and the team have built something really impressive.
“Our focus is simply to support that success and help the business grow across the North from a strong foundation.”
Realise HR will continue to operate from Cumbria as Realise HR Ltd.
