Two former Estate Office Shoreditch executives have launched a new property consultancy business called Anatomy London.
The firm will offer commercial and mixed-use property services across London, including asset management, property management and commercial agency work, with a particular focus on the City fringe, Midtown and east London markets.
Co-founders Phil Bouette and Valerie Sullings have more than 30 years of experience and were previously senior asset and property manager and property manager respectively at The Estate Office Shoreditch, one of east London’s larger landlords.
Bouette said: “London’s commercial landscape is going through a time of significant yet exciting change, driven by new ways of working and shifting tenant demands, which is creating new opportunities.”
