Marlowe expands with consultancy acquisition | Midlands Deals News

Marlowe, a listed group focused on business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, has expanded with the acquisition of a compliance consultancy service. Law firm Flint Bishop worked on the deal.
Founded by Andy Donovan in 2014, The Compliance Office has a team of specialist consultants supporting more than 100 law firms with their compliance and SRA authorisation.
The deal will involve Compliance Office operating closely with compliance technology company VinciWorks, which was bought by Marlowe in 2021.
Donovan said: “With both VinciWorks and Compliance Office already serving a great section of the UK legal sector, this partnership will allow both companies to complement each other perfectly.”
Flint Bishop advised the shareholders of The Compliance Office on the sale,
