Derby-based property consultancy Rushton Hickman has taken on the management of an industrial site on London Road, Derby.
The instruction covers 772 London Road, a 21,170 sq ft industrial unit with a sizeable yard, currently occupied by Speedy Asset Services.
Rushton Hickman will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, which is positioned as a flexible industrial asset suited to a range of operational uses.
