With more than 30 years’ experience in Asia and a proven track record in international project marketing, Gareth Hart will lead the firm’s operations across the region, expanding private client advisory services and connecting investors with stabilised and off-plan UK assets that align with their income and growth objectives.
Gareth has worked extensively with tier-one and bespoke developers, leading international teams globally. He brings deep expertise in exhibition sales, investor education, and end-to-end project launches, alongside a long-standing network of private clients across Asia and MENA markets.

Gareth’s appointment will see him play a pivotal role in connecting investors and partners globally with Centrick Invest’s portfolio of rigorously assessed residential developments.
Working closely with Centrick Invest’s UK and international teams, Gareth will ensure investors benefit from an end-to-end experience from initial consultation to completion, letting, and ongoing management.
