Buoyant residential sector sees instructions soar at property search specialists
Legal residential property search, compliance and IT risk solutions provider Index Property Information West Midlands, has reported a surge in instructions and completions.
“2022 has got off to a record-breaking start,” says the company’s MD Kate Bould. She continued:
“We have recorded a record-breaking number of instructions and fast-paced completions, which are on a par with 2021 levels and the sector’s unprecedented volume in residential property transaction activity, notably around the SDLT breaks.
2021 was a milestone year for Index West Midlands, and 2022 is on-track to match if not exceed activity in terms of new client wins and the number and range of property searche.
