‘Fantastic’ shortlist unveiled for 2023 Belfast Telegraph Property Awards
In total, 60 individuals, companies and residential and commercial property agencies have been selected by our judges across 18 categories.
Winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony on Friday, October 6 at Belfast’s Crowne Plaza Hotel.
The panel of eight esteemed judges from across the property sector is led by Dr Sharon McClements, a senior lecturer in built environment at Ulster University and the chair of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Northern Ireland.

Dr McClements said: “We have an absolutely fantastic shortlist, and it would make you proud of Northern Ireland and the property sector.
“Not only had we more entries than ever, but the quality has improved too. And even more impressively, across the categories we saw a real commitment to community and a real focus on climate resilience, which was really embedded in the entries.
“I can genuinely say that the awards were incredibly hard to judge this year and I was really pleased to see our new category for young property professionals get so many entries. After all, they are the next generation, and the shortlist gives us great confidence in the future.”
Eoin Brannigan, editor-in-chief of the Belfast Telegraph and Sunday Life, said: “Congratulations to everyone on our shortlist. It’s a great snapshot of the excellence of our property industry and the individuals in it.
