In fashion! Boomin snaps up interior design service…
Boomin has acquired interior design platform My Bespoke Room.
The challenger portal’s founder Michael Bruce said it was part of a wider strategy to become the go-to platform for all things property.
My Bespoke Room gives users access to UK professional interior designers who style and furnish rooms for a fixed fee.
Consumers will benefit from digitally designed room visuals, layouts, mood boards, a shopping list, plenty of pro styling tips and their own personal shopper.
My Bespoke Room will continue to operate through its own platform and will also be fully integrated into Boomin’s Property Playground design hub and other key areas of the site.
Its co-founders Diana Greenhalgh and Laura Simpson said in a statement: “We launched My Bespoke Room eight years ago with a vision to revolutionise the world of interior design.
“Our mission was to make professional interior design accessible to all, bringing it online, making it convenient, affordable and fun.

He said Boomin’s agents will benefit from gaining access to customers who are thinking of selling or letting as well as portfolio landlords and investors and will develop lifetime commercial relationships.
