White currently serves as regional CEO for international operations, overseeing markets that include the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia, the Middle East, New Zealand, and South Africa. He has been in this position since 2023 and has held various leadership roles within Sedgwick and its predecessor companies. These include chief executive officer for the UK and rest of international operations, deputy CEO, and chief operating officer for the UK and Ireland when he was with Cunningham Lindsey.
