Tomas and William Hawkins-Smith, aged 17 and 19, won the Next Gen Investor Award in Property at the Harvey Bowes Property Investor Awards Wales.
The brothers, while still in college, have built a portfolio of four properties, all located in South Wales.
Their journey began with an initial investment of £55, which they grew through buying and reselling luxury clothes and used golf clubs.
They then moved into dropshipping and serviced accommodation.
