The system, which formed Friday near the northwestern Caribbean Sea and eastern Gulf of Mexico, has a 70% chance of development over the next 48 hours and a 90% chance of development over the next seven days.It is forecast to approach the west coast of Florida. The National Hurricane Center is tracking Hurricane Franklin, which formed Saturday morning in the Atlantic Ocean. Located about 315 miles east-northeast of Grand Turk Island and 620 miles south of Bermuda, Franklin is moving north-northwest at 5 miles per hour, with maximum sustained winds of 75 mph.The center is also tracking two disturbances in the Atlantic Ocean.
