- On Saturday evening, the winners of the titles of Miss Georgia and Miss Georgia’s Outstanding Teen were announced. The 77th Miss Georgia Scholarship Competition crowned Miss Capital City Kelsey Hollis for Miss Georgia 2022 while Miss Gwinnett County’s Outstanding Teen Rebecca Zhang, of Johns Creek, took the title of Miss Georgia’s Outstanding Teen 2022. The winners were selected out of 90 other candidates at the RiverCenter for Performing Arts in Columbus. (The Atlanta Journal Constitution)
