Saffron for Intermediaries has announced a strategic partnership with Brickflow to bring its property development finance range to the platform.
This comes after the mutual updated its pre-development bridging and exit bridging solutions to give more support to developers from land acquisition through to build and exit.
Brokers will now be able to access Saffron Building Society’s development finance products on the Brickflow platform, to help them source solutions across different stages of a project while working with the mutual’s team.
The firms said this would offer a more streamlined journey and brokers would benefit from Saffron’s hands-on, relationship-led approach.
