Proptech firm iamproperty has overhauled its movebutler platform with more material information features and a Love Island theme.
The end-to-end onboarding and sales progression platform uses modules represented through a ‘moov’ character to guide clients through each stage of the transaction process such as digital onboarding, compliance, legal preparation, conveyancing and mortgages.
The platform has been given a Love Island-themed look for the summer, including a reimagining of the iconic villa and character profile interviews.
Michele Gettins, chief marketing officer at iamproperty, said: “The moovs were launched around 12 months ago and have been an estate agent’s ultimate teammate ever since.
“Now with more movebutler modules and enhancements to existing modules launching over the coming months, we wanted to reintroduce them to highlight how we are constantly innovating with movebutler.
“This year’s Love Island promo was all about it being the ‘OG of dating shows’ and as movebutler is also a first of its kind, being the UK’s first end-to-end onboarding and sales progression platform, we couldn’t help but put our own spin on it for our latest marketing campaign.
“There have been a lot of estate agents on the show over the years and they are one of the biggest groups of applicants for the popular show, so we know it’s popular with them to tune in to after a busy day.
“Through fun social assets we’ll show why iamproperty movebutler is the ‘perfect match’ for agents and why they should want to ‘couple up’ with iamproperty.”
Gettins added that although the campaign has a playful tone, iamproperty is serious about improving the home moving process.

It comes as movebutler continues to add new features to its platform for agents.
The latest is Title Insight Reports as part of efforts to help agents provide more upfront information.
These reports take key information from the Title Register and present it in a simple summary view – helping agents to identify at a glance any potential issues that might delay marketing a property or agreeing a sale.
Notes against each indicator briefly explain and advise on any action the agent or their client may need to take to avoid delay further down the line. The official copy can also be downloaded if more information is needed.
Clients are also asked to complete a disclosure of material facts form, which includes gathering information that is always considered material for all properties regardless of location or outcome.
This information generally includes unavoidable costs that will be incurred by the occupier regardless of the use of the property such as council tax bands and ground rent charges.
Agents can track the progress of their clients completing this and send them reminder prompts. Once completed, movebutler generates a PDF of this information to be stored against the transaction.
