A 2.1-acre industrial site in Leicester has been sold in a deal that allows the existing occupier to remain in the property.
Andrew + Ashwell completed the sale of 10 Sheene Road on the Gorse Hill Industrial Estate in Beaumont Leys, alongside a simultaneous leaseback agreement.
The detached industrial unit provides modern warehouse and production space with an eaves height of 9 metres, two-storey offices and on-site parking.
The sale-and-leaseback structure enabled the client to release capital from the property while retaining occupation of the premises.
