India’s residential real estate market could regain stronger sales momentum in the second half of FY27 as developers prepare to roll out new projects amid sustained housing demand, according to Emkay Research. The brokerage said housing activity remained relatively firm across major markets during the second quarter of FY27. Bengaluru continued to see healthy residential absorption, while the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) maintained steady sales momentum.
