He has set up the company with colleague Rick Davies who was a partner and head of industrial at Knight Frank Surveyors.
Davies Harrison commercial property consultants will be offering development, agency and strategic advice on all aspects of commercial and industrial property.
John (32), commented: “The formation of this new venture, along with Rick, allows us both the opportunity to provide a focused and dedicated niche service to clients, both old and new.”
He added: “I have some very strong links with the business community in and around the North Manchester area and hope to build on these while developing new contacts.”
Davies Harrison are based at offices in Manchester.
