Avison Young’s Rob Hearle and George Todrick have left the consultancy to relaunch specialist healthcare property firm Medical Premises Consultancy (MPC).
Hearle and Todrick, previously principal and director respectively in Avison Young’s healthcare team in London, have bought the medical care property consultancy in order to relaunch and expand it.
The pair join MPC as co-owners, joining consultant John Hearle.
Following the appointment, MPC said it was looking forward to driving the business forward and “expanding its offer and services… on a national scale”.
