Leeds-headquartered property regeneration consultants, AspinallVerdi, have been reappointed to Homes England’s Property, Financial and Development Services Framework.

Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency, has confirmed the award with the new framework beginning from June 2026.

Under the new framework, the consultancy will continue to provide specialist advice to help accelerate housing delivery, optimise public land assets and support place-based investment across England.

The framework includes the services of property advisory, land and property agency, estate and facilities management, property investment, valuation, and project management, development structures and partnering services.

It will run for four years and be used by Homes England as well as being available to other public sector bodies.

Atam Verdi, executive director of AspinallVerdi, said: “This framework plays a critical role in supporting Homes England to deliver the government’s £39bn housing delivery programme across the country.

“We’re proud to continue supporting that mission and to contribute our expertise to projects that deliver housing, long term economic and social value.

“Our work with registered providers, landowners, developers and combined authorities means that we are at the intersection of delivery.

“Partners of AspinallVerdi supported this submission, with the team being recognised as a leading provider of services to assist the agency in delivering its objectives.”
