An agricultural expert of a leading property consultancy has been promoted after another successful year for the firm.
Helen Semple, who has worked at the Newark office of Fisher German since 2023, has been promoted to senior agribusiness coordinator after helping clients across the country manage their farms.
She supports her clients with contract farming agreements, managing environmental schemes, and securing further funding when applicable grants become available.

The company has also supported Helen to take a course in mixed farming run by the Horticultural College to develop her knowledge of the industry further.
Helen said: “I’m excited to be promoted and I’m looking forward to further developing my career while helping the agribusiness team grow.
“I didn’t enter the profession with an agricultural degree, so I’m really pleased Fisher German backed me when I joined and has enabled me to take an industry course to better my understanding.
“Once complete I hope that the qualification and the experience I am gaining will enable me to progress further within the firm.”
Her promotion is part of 77 that Fisher German has made across all areas of the company after a busy start to 2026.
The year has seen the firm win a major contract to deliver a range of consultancy services for Great British Energy – Nuclear as it builds the UK’s first small modular nuclear reactor at Wylfa in north Wales.
Richard Benson, Senior Partner at Fisher German, added: “These promotions give us the opportunity to highlight the achievements of Fisher German’s hard-working colleagues who have delivered for clients, their teams and colleagues.
“The 77 promotions are a testament to the dedication and high standard of delivery across all our divisions.
“I would like to congratulate every colleague who has been promoted, which helps to ensure we continue to build a strong future for Fisher German.”
