Property consultancy Harris Lamb has appointed a garden centre specialist to advise on investment disposals, acquisitions and redevelopment across the sector.
Seb Marley joins as senior surveyor specialising in retail and garden centre assets, working across both the Harris Lamb and Malcolm Scott Consultants brands, the latter acquired by Harris Lamb in 2016.
He arrives from London-based property consultants Harvey Spack Field, where he advised on a range of institutional-grade retail and garden centre assets, including the British Garden Centres portfolio, and brings experience across acquisitions, disposals, sale and leaseback deals, concession leasing and redevelopment.
