Property consultancy Knight Frank has signed its second long-term lease in Scotland, relocating to a city centre development at 101 St Vincent Street in Glasgow.

The firm has moved its Glasgow commercial property team to Dunaskin Properties’ 15,000 sq ft office building, after spending a decade at 25 Bothwell Street.
It has taken up a 1,807 sq ft first-floor suite at the development, Property Week understands.
The asset has recently undergone a refurbishment programme to enhance its sustainability credentials, making it all-electric on a 100% renewable tariff and achieving an EPC rating of ‘A’.
The office also comprises disability access, cycle and shower facilities, a new high-speed passenger lift and dual kitchens on each floor.
It is located close to a number of restaurants and bars within the city and is a five-minute walk from Glasgow Central railway station.
John Rae, head of office at Knight Frank Glasgow, said: “Our Glasgow team has evolved a great deal in recent years. The capital markets team remains one of the most active in the city. Trading valuations has become one of our core offerings, and we’re doing more deals across the country from Glasgow – whether it is retail parks in Inverness, leisure facilities in Yorkshire or land sales in Argyll.
“At the same time, our office agency, valuations, building consultancy and property management teams continue to do well, working on some of the best-known properties in the city and beyond.”
Rae adds that “101 St Vincent Street provides us with a great space to take the firm forward in Glasgow and support our colleagues across the UK”.
The Glasgow move follows the relocations of Knight Frank’s Edinburgh team to 30 Semple Street and its Aberdeen office to Albyn Place.
