The Yorkshire industrial property and logistics team of property consultancy, Knight Frank, has been appointed to market over 230,000 sq ft of newly vacant space at Humber Enterprise Park, in Brough, outside Hull.

Knight Frank has been appointed by landlord Citivale and Westcore to work alongside Hull based agency PHH Commercial at the 79-acre business park located on the banks of the River Humber.

Iain McPhail, partner in Knight Frank’s industrial property team, said: “This is a significant appointment for us, and we are pleased to be marketing two high-quality warehouse and manufacturing buildings at one of the region’s most successful employment parks.

“We have two units available on the estate, one of 167,486 sq ft which has just been refurbished and the other of 63,026 sq ft, whereby the refurbishment program is due to commence imminently.”

The 167,486 sq ft building is a single storey steel frame warehouse/manufacturing unit and was originally built as a purpose-built manufacturing facility for BAE.

It has most recently been used as a storage and distribution facility and has received a number of small extensions to create additional offices and ancillary staff welfare.

The 63,026 sq ft unit provides single-storey two bay steel frame warehouse/manufacturing space, with a secure yard and parking area.

Paul Brustad, Citivale’s asset manager at Humber Enterprise Park, added: “With Knight Frank’s coverage in the industrial and logistics sector throughout Yorkshire, as well as their national presence, we are pleased to appoint them as letting agents on our Humber Enterprise Park scheme.”

Existing occupiers on site include BAE Systems, Cablescan, Dearing Plastics, Morson Praxis, Europa Crown, Purex,  and Cranswick PLC.
