Property consultancy Fletcher Bond has moved into a larger Manchester headquarters to underpin its plans to triple in size over the next three years.
The firm had outgrown its space on the first floor of 61 Mosley Street.
It has now taken the entire fifth floor of the building on a five-year lease from landlord GGM Properties.
The new headquarters spans 2,000 sq ft and features a boardroom, two meeting rooms and space for up to 26 staff.
