London-based cultural insights and strategy consultancy STRAT7 Crowd DNA has appointed Lucy Fallon as managing director.
Lucy joined the business in 2022 as commercial director and most recently served as head of agency.
She takes on the role following a successful period helping to lead the consultancy’s growth and client development.
In her new position, Lucy will focus on strengthening client relationships, investing in emerging talent and evolving the agency’s services to meet changing market demands.

Lucy’s appointment is effective immediately and reflects STRAT7 Crowd DNA’s continued investment in its leadership team.
Part of the wider STRAT7 Group, the consultancy specialises in cultural insights and strategic consultancy, helping brands understand audiences and navigate changing consumer behaviours.
