LURE Holdings has entered India through a strategic partnership with CIRIL to connect international luxury and lifestyle brands with premium real estate opportunities.

Global luxury advisory platform LURE Holdings has entered the Indian market through a strategic partnership with real estate advisory firm CIRIL, the two companies announced today.

The tie-up aims to connect international luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, fashion and retail brands with premium real estate development opportunities across India. LURE Holdings brings access to a network of over 300 luxury and lifestyle brands, along with expertise in branded real estate, while CIRIL contributes market intelligence and developer relationships spanning more than 45 offices across 30 Indian cities.

Focus on India’s premium property market

The partnership targets a segment of India’s property market that is increasingly driven by brand identity and lifestyle experience rather than location alone. Rising wealth levels and growing consumer exposure to global luxury standards are reshaping buyer expectations in the country’s premium residential and hospitality segments.

Salvator Felous, Chairman and CEO of LURE Holdings, said India represents one of the most compelling opportunities for luxury and lifestyle brands seeking real estate-linked growth. Vijay Sarathi, Chairman and Co-founder of CIRIL, described the collaboration as a platform connecting global brand thinking with local market knowledge.

Financial terms remain undisclosed

The partnership will help developers create differentiated assets by attaching globally recognised brand identities to high-potential projects. The agreement’s financial terms were not disclosed. No specific developments or timelines have been announced as of today.
