ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s real estate sector has received international recognition after a private developer secured two titles at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026–2027, according to a press release.

Faisal Town Group won the Best Masterplan Pakistan award for Faisal Hills and the Best Retail Development Pakistan award for HillWalk. The awards were received by the group’s directors, Ch Zohair Majeed and Ch Moazzam Majeed.

The honours are part of the International Property Awards, which the press release described as a widely recognised benchmark for excellence in real estate development, architecture and design. The Asia Pacific Property Awards recognise work across architecture, development, interior design and real estate, and are held in association with leading global brands.

Recognition for two projects

The latest awards highlight the performance of two separate projects by the developer, with Faisal Hills being recognised in the masterplan category and HillWalk in retail development.

Speaking on the occasion, Zohair Majeed said the recognition reflected the company’s approach to project delivery and its obligations to stakeholders. “This achievement reflects our commitment to delivering world-class projects that go beyond bricks and mortar. We dedicate this recognition to our clients, our partners, and the entire Faisal Town family. Every project we undertake carries the weight of that trust, and these awards remind us of the responsibility that comes with it.”

Earlier international success

The press release said the latest achievement followed the group’s performance at the 2025 International Property Awards, where its high-rise project Faisal Jewel was named Best High-Rise Architecture Pakistan and Best High-Rise Development Pakistan.

That earlier recognition had drawn international attention to Pakistan’s changing urban landscape, the press release said. It added that industry observers viewed the two latest wins as a sign of the country’s capacity to deliver large-scale and innovative real estate developments that meet international standards.

The awards come as Pakistan’s property sector seeks greater visibility on the global stage through projects recognised for planning, design and development quality.
