“Chase Bank offers competitively priced mortgages that feature money-saving programs for first-time and repeat homebuyers. When I bought my first house in 2022, I went with Chase after comparing offers across several different mortgage lenders. Chase offered the lowest mortgage rate by far, as well as a $5,000 homebuyer grant – which wasn’t income-restricted. Closing was quick and simple, with a user-friendly interface that allowed me to track my loan’s progress online. And for those who prefer face-to-face interaction, Chase has thousands of brick-and-mortar branches across the country.”
