That’s the lowest the rate has fallen in four months. This brings a lot of relief to many people who are wanting to purchase a home this year.Realtors like Michael Jacobson see it first-hand. “I’m ready to go. I’ve got one house that we are starting to frame. I’ve got lots getting cleared off in three different places. More houses to start. My out-of-town investors are coming. According to recent research, mortgage rates have dropped right under 7 percent. That’s the lowest the rate has fallen in four months. This brings a lot of relief to many people who are wanting to purchase a home this year.
